Muratta was misleading about his care. Muratta is all about money.1st injection was to see if injection would help, I was ask if it helped I said no. well the injection should had stopped he did another injection that caused me lots of pain. Then he wanted to do another injection I said no he then discharged me. be cause I didn't want another injection. He acts like he cares but he wants insurance money. Beware of the entire office. Don't get any procedures done. They create more issues in your body than you had before. They will also cancel appointments and randomly reschedule them. Find a good doctor with good staff that are serious about their careers and not power happy. Erika is a bad example for everyone in this office. They'll run up your insurance until you realize that you are in more physical pain after their procedures being done on you than before you started coming to their office.
I thank God I was referred to Dr. Muratta!!! He has awesome bedside manner, and he’s very knowledgeable and listens to all of my concerns and answers my questions.
I have been a patient at Dr.Murattas' for 2 yrs now. Alot of personell changes have occured. However, if I were asked about the current staff, I would give the young ladies that start IVs and do procedure scĥeduling, a 5 star plùs rating. Katie has been wonderful. She schedules my procedures around my husbands work schedule. I am very pleased.
Dr Muratta and his office staff are all amazing. Yes his office is busy but he is amazing and well worth the wait. He does have turnover with the front office but I think that is just due to the patient's complaining about waiting. But seriously if you want an absolute perfect pain doctor go to Dr Muratta you will be amazed at how he can help you and he is SO personable. Absolutely the best!!!!!!
