Long wait times in Hagerstown office. Also was told by Dr. Mauriello (quote) "I use prescriptions like a leash to make sure patients come in every few months". This is the absolute truth. They want to schedule you for appointments every 2-3 months whether you need a follow-up or not. Your punishment for wanting a more reasonable 6 or 12 month schedule? No prescriptions. They even went so far as to deny my Rx because I hadnt been to the office in 4 months when they were the ones to reshedule me!
