Dr diamond and the health care team at this office have been attentive, kind and answered all of our questions. Haven’t had any insurance issues yet
My son was sick for 3 weeks. I visited this office 4 different times in that period demanding answers, because I knew he was not okay like they kept saying. In those visits, I saw 3 different doctors and every one of them gave me the same answer of how everything looked fine(ears, mouth, etc.) He did not get better, so I drove 1.5 hours away to the ER in danville where I was told he had a terrible ear infection and possible flu. I called to VERIFY insurance on 7/15/22, woman answered "Doctors Office"....that alone I wouldn't allow!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I asked about an EXISTING PATIENT"S INSURANCE (which she didn't bother to ask, she just assumed I meant new patient), so I asked if they took a MED ADV Plan for Wellcare PPO and she said "NO WE DON'T, We don't take any insurance for any new patience!"....then I said "What about a Humana one?"..........SAME ASSUMED ANSWER>>>> ...IF I Managed that office or was the Doctor there, I'd FIRE that woma... read more
