So appreciative of the service from Dr. Louie and his team. Jenny his receptionist always answers the phone right away, a rare thing these days that I do appreciate. The time and care he took with my 3 year old to make him feel comfortable and excited about the dentist is something that will be invaluable going forward. Thank you for the exceptional care and professionalism.
The best dentist! I've been seeing Dr. Louie for more than 25 years. I briefly moved to Alberta for post-secondary and terribly missed him and his team while I was away. They are always kind, patient, and informative. Can't recommend them enough.
Dr. Louie is a wonderful dentist. As he works, he tells you what he is doing and how long each part of the process will take, which I appreciate. He makes sure you are comfortable and checks regularly for your comfort level. I recommend him without reservation.
