Sonya and Kim were the about the most unprofessional front desk representatives I have ever encountered. Sonya responded to me through text with all upper case lettering when I communicated I hadn't received the new patient paperwork documents. Upon showing up they stuck their noses up and were unwelcoming and bothered by the fact that the paperwork had not been completed. They avoided eye contact and neglected to apologize for the email mishap and continued miscommunication. As a first impression I am completely offended. W... read more
