When I walked in, no one said hello. Then there were multiple employees that walked past me without saying hello. I finally approached a staff after waiting 5 minutes without being acknowledged and they said someone would be out to help us soon. Then when the lady with long red hair came out she stared at us and didn’t say hello, asked what we are here for in a condescending tone and was extremely rude. It felt like I was asking a huge favour when all I did was ask for my prescription.
I’m happy to have my new glasses, finally I can work with out having a headache. Thank you Dr Lanthop, I appreciate your help

I went to see Dr. Mona Purba after a disastrous appointment with the optometrist in Specsavers at South Centre. Thank goodness I did! She not only corrected the erroneous prescription I received from him but also helped allay the huge amount of anxiety he had caused with unfounded claims about my eye health. If you suffer from any kind of anxiety related to your eyes, health, etc. definitely go see Dr. Purba at this location. She was so calm, caring, and clearly knew her stuff!
