I went to see Dr. Mona Purba after a disastrous appointment with the optometrist in Specsavers at South Centre. Thank goodness I did! She not only corrected the erroneous prescription I received from him but also helped allay the huge amount of anxiety he had caused with unfounded claims about my eye health. If you suffer from any kind of anxiety related to your eyes, health, etc. definitely go see Dr. Purba at this location. She was so calm, caring, and clearly knew her stuff! Got my glasses from the location in market mall and the screw came out and I went in to get them fixed only for the girl fixing them to strip the screw so they broke again I went in again only to be told it was just after the warranty and there was nothing they could do even though they were the ones that broke them. I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and I am very happy with the professionalism and care I received from start to finish. The receptionist was so very kind and helpful and was able to get me in right away. Dr Velazquez explained everything I needed to know in full detail (which I have never experienced anywhere before???) and listened to all my concerns and helped me out. I would recommend this place to everyone as I had an amazing experience from start to finish!
