I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. Shortly after returning home from vacation, I developed what I thought was an eye infection. I called on a Friday, and the person I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They arranged for me to be seen the very next morning, on a Saturday. When I walked in, no one said hello. Then there were multiple employees that walked past me without saying hello. I finally approached a staff after waiting 5 minutes without being acknowledged and they said someone would be out to help us soon. Then when the lady with long red hair came out she stared at us and didn’t say hello, asked what we are here for in a condescending tone and was extremely rude. It felt like I was asking a huge favour when all I did was ask for my prescription.
I’m happy to have my new glasses, finally I can work with out having a headache. Thank you Dr Lanthop, I appreciate your help
