Dr Winner is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.He takes a lot of time and is very skilled at all the testing.I was very stressed at having an EMG but he made it easy and talked me right through it. His staff were so kind,appointment right on time. 6 stars for this doctor..
I am Grateful To Dr. Winner and his caring Nurse Misa for their help the past 4 years. Dr. Winner,s knowledge is ahead of the local market as he researches. He is an expert,& efficient. When my Insurance was changed - I chose to to stay with him and pay a higher percentage! _- I will never change Doctoers as I highly respect him and believe he is the BEST in the tricounty area.
I have been a patient of Dr. Winner for almost 20 years. He has helped me immensely with my migraines and is always attentive and compassionate. Highly respected in his field, I will never change doctors!

Dr.winner cared for my mother for years with kindness and always listened to her, never rushed to his next patient. Now he helps me with my headaches. . I drive 120 miles to have his expert care and always actually enjoy speaking to him.
Dr. Winner was recommended to me for my migraines by my doctor in Connecticut when I mentioned I was moving to Florida in 1996. I have been under his care since then. He patiently tried one remedy after another until I was finally able to manage my migraine pain. Right around the time my migraines were finally under control, I developed a peripheral neuropathy, also diagnosed by Dr. Winner. I've been a patient of Dr. Winner's for 13 years. He's amazing. he listens, cares, and provides his patients with the utmost in professionalism and knowledge. The office "works" due to his assistant Misa! She's the best - always returns calls and gets you what you need. I wish all of my doctor's offices ran this well.
