Almost four years ago, when my mother was 83, she underwent heart bypass surgery and mitral valve repair by Dr Paul Jansz. At that time, we were very worried, but thanks to Dr Jansz’s brilliant skills and compassionate care, my mother is now 87 and enjoying life again. On September 29,2022, I died on the footpath in Sydney. Only to "wake up" 7 hours later in St Vincent's Hospital. ALIVE !! My "heart felt" thanks and eternal gratitude to Dr Jansz and his team for putting life back into my heart.
After my family and I were told by another hospital that my dad had a prognosis of 6-12 months with no other options including no surgical option, Dr Paul Jansz took in my dad as a patient and performed his life saving heart surgery. He saved my dad’s life and my dad is in great shape now and has lived past the original prognosis we were told.
