I was sent to Dr. Drouillard by my company for an independent medical review about a work caused back injury for workmans comp. The usual one hour drive took three due to a snowstorm. I arrived at his office in so much pain that I wasnt able to sit. Had a partial and full knee replacement all went very well. Staff is great and all follow up visits went well.
This doctor is sold out completely to the Insurance companies , I was sent by the insurance company for IME he didn't help me at all! he just pumped me for information 10 mins to help the insurance company! if you have to see this fake doctor don't volunteer any information about you past because he will have the insurance company use it against you . if you are not order to go to so called doctor then don't go ! it will not be in your best interest. I have been seeing Dr. Paul Drouillard since 1982 I have had various knee injuries and he has helped me through all of them. I most recently had both knees replaced and couldn't ask for a better doctor.
I was sent to this man (I will NOT refer to him as a doctor) for a 2nd opinion exam by the insurance company. I have a four level fusion in my cervical spine, osteopenia, arthritis, 2 herniated discs in lower back and knee problems. He spent 3 minutes total time with me and provided a 12 page report!!! Every test, etc he states he did were NEVER done!! I am now released to go back to work for 8 hrs a day based on the lies of this man!! Nice American doctor knows his stuff took care of my knee, easy torn meniscus back to work next week. Looks like all the other reviews are people who didn't get what they want from their insurance.

This Doctor is a joke! He lied and said he did things in the exam that he didn't even do. Signs posted no video taping unless approved in advanced. You can't have a witness but he has one.
Dr. Paul J. Drouillard is a sad excuse for a doctor. He's a known "insurance cutoff" doctor. My wife was sent to him for an IME after a shoulder injury at work. Seems once you reach 12 weeks on Workmans Comp in Michigan you get sent to this jerk so he can lie and say you're not injured! He told my wife she was fine and could work the day before her 1st shoulder Surgery that her workmans comp doctor scheduled!
