Anybody that goes to the dentist can’t see them because their answer is now they’re not taking new patients. That’s kind of rude. Don’t you think? What kind of dentist do we have in Newfoundland? If you have a toothache or you’re dealing with problems with your tooth, you could just can’t go to any dentist to get it fixed and they don’t take new patients but here they’re willing to take our money though for the coverages.
I was told he was retiring and that I would not be placed with another dentist there when ive been a patient at this office for over 10 years… I was told they would placed me on the emergency list for a tooth abscess (which in my opinion is a pretty serious thing?) but I guess they didn’t think so because I’m still waiting for a call a year later… would never recommend.
One more than one occasion the appointment on the card given to me was not in their system and I had to reschedule. This last time they called on Thursday to confirm for Monday. On Monday I arrived to find that they cancelled my appointment. When I spoke to the manager all she did was smile and say we are doing our best NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!
