I was told he was retiring and that I would not be placed with another dentist there when ive been a patient at this office for over 10 years… I was told they would placed me on the emergency list for a tooth abscess (which in my opinion is a pretty serious thing?) but I guess they didn’t think so because I’m still waiting for a call a year later… would never recommend.
One more than one occasion the appointment on the card given to me was not in their system and I had to reschedule. This last time they called on Thursday to confirm for Monday. On Monday I arrived to find that they cancelled my appointment. When I spoke to the manager all she did was smile and say we are doing our best NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!
The best dentist ever !
Just want to give a hats off to dr. Butt. Just seen her for the first time and i highly recommend her. Such a friendly person and a great professional work ethic.
