I was referred to this office for a procedure. I’ve called multiple times and left a voicemail but no one has called me back. If their customer service is this poor, I wouldn’t want them doing any of my procedures or care.
I was very impressed by Dr. Hayashi. He diagnosed me within two to three days. I liked the mannerisms in the way he approached me over the phone. He was very careful in what he said but to the point as well. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and explained my options. He and the stuff took good care of me. I was so blessed to have an appointment with this team. I couldn't ask for any better!
