very nice people new insurance new eye care provider. they took very good care of me.
I don't know what happened to this place. I had an appointment with Dr. Hamel for an annual eye exam, who has always been great! A week leading to the appointment I got at least 8 notifications about the appointment despite confirming. I went to the appointment and was told Dr Hamel was not in this month. I told them I was fine seeing another doctor and keeping the appointment. I was given the medical history form to fill out, yet they collected it before I completed. They then asked me to sign if I wanted to be dialated. I ... read more
Started appointment on time. Examination area was clean and modern and had all the latest equipment. Dr. Hamel was efficient and professional. Would recommend! This my second year to get my eyes examined there and I would not change a word of my first review.
