Unfortunately my experience was not very good. The doctor and staff were fine. But I was on time and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. My visit with the doctor lasted all of five minutes only for him to tell me “I can’t help you.” I’m not blaming the doctor per se, but I paid $50 to be told that. Perhaps the doctor could’ve looked at my records beforehand and told me that over the phone.
He solved my trigger finger problem right away. Will gladly go back when needed.
Upon meeting Dr Ghattas, I could tell immediately he was in tune with my injury and could proceed effectively. As a former health care professional, I have a wealth of experience assessing physicians. He explained the situation the way I expected and made me feel confident in the surgery and post-op care especially with me having such a complicated health history.
