I completely agree with other reviews. This doctor should be avoided at all costs, along with anyone connected to the Family Court system. He doesn't write reports for the benefit of families - he writes them to serve the interests of the FC, because that's where his referrals and income come from. His priority is clealry maintaining favour with the court, not objectivity or fairness. When questioned in court, he came across as remarkably unqualified and detached from the actual facts. ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY WRECKED MY FRIENDS LIFE, BASED ON ONE 3 HOUR SESSION. THE MOST HONEST, INTELLIGENT, NICEST FATHER I KNOW, NOW CANNOT SEE HIS CHILDREN UNTIL THEY ARE 18. YOU WRECK LIVES MR FOULKES AND FOR THAT, MY FRIEND WAS BILLED OVER $5500. DISGUSTING AND WRONG. YOU WERE 100% WRONG MR FOULKES. I formed the opinion that Paul Foulkes is both intellectually lazy, and fundamentally dishonest. He runs a very lucrative Family Law report writing business which gives him the power to wreck lives with impunity, and that is exactly what he does. Eventually, the day will come when he wrecks the wrong life, and he'll reap what he has sown. Until then, avoid this monster like the plague.

Dr Paul Faulkes he is very discriminating very unethical writes what about your weight and height what your wearing. Not true on things I am very upset he is not recommended to see.
