I drove from Lafayette, as I didn’t establish a new dentist yet. I was running late & called due to traffic. They said ok. I arrived (5-8min) after the hour, I checked in/ needed restroom. They said there wasn’t time. I explained I had to use the facilities. The receptionist said if I did, they wouldn’t see me. I drove 40 mins. I used restroom (3 mins)& they refused service. I asked for Chip bc I’ve been going there for 10/15 yrs. He said sorry,WOW no loyalty?? I wait 4 them a lot longer!
Dr. Werry is one of the kindest professionals I know. He works in a small town, but he is extremely knowledgeable and competent. It's rare in today's world to find such a professional who is kind, sensitive and does exceptional work. He's the best!
