Let me start by saying If you have anything to do the day you schedule with him then I’d readjust the things that have to be done surrounding the appointment. The office is a little slow moving HOWEVER I excused that because Dr.Paul works by himself and he does a DAMN good job at what he does! I came in for an extraction appt. I waited a while before he could take me back (40 minute wait from my appt time). When I got back there he got right to business!! I didn’t feel a thing from the numbing, to the extractions. They need to give us more stars to choose than just 5 as that is not enough for this amazing man right here. I love this man and his staff too!! I took my 14 yo son Dominik for the first time to this office to have 7 teeth pulled that day. I never heard a sound, saw a flinch, nothing. Dom requests only him for these occasions and we will be seeing him again real soon. Dr.Smith is amazing . He walked me through the entire process . Made sure I was comfortable every time was very informative and polite. I don’t have dental insurance a paid out of pocket and he took care of me in every aspect of my. Dr smith is a god send . I’ve had dental extractions before at other locals and the experience was horrible and make me skeptical of getting work done anywhere as along as Dr.smith is around I will never have a problem with going to a dentist . I got my wisdom teeth pulled last week. The whole experience was painless I see why he has the nickname painless Paul. Beyond that Dr. Smith and staff are so nice. I’m so happy I went here.
