Treated in the emergency room. I have traditional medicare and pay monthly for a medigap policy. Medicare paid them and sent the remainder of the claim to my medigap policy who also paid leaving a zero balance. Surprisingly they billed me for the amount the medigap plan paid them which amounted to double billing or being paid twice. Be careful and watch them as they have billed twice, first the insurance, then me for the same amount.
