I don't know how this office is still open! Both front desk ladies Crystal and the younger one were very unprofessional, rude and lazy! I was placed on hold for 45 minutes! hang up the phone and called back then they put you on voicemail! I left a voicemail and never calls you back, called again the following day, you couldn't even say a word they just put you straight on hold and was on hold for 25 mins! Dr Ambush is the absolute best! He was recommend by all the nurses when my son was in NICU. The nurses know; trust them. He’s amazing! He spends so much time with his patients. When he has time, he spends extra time just playing with my son. One time, it was almost an hour. My son adores him. He always answers questions and makes sure his patients have the best care. His reception list is the sweetest, most orient person ever! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. ambush and highly recommend him!!

Dr. Ambush has a special gift with children. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each and every patient. If there is any wait time, it is because he is giving his undivided attention the the patient before you, and your child will get that same care when he is with them. My two boys have been under his care for a few years now and we are blessed to have found him!

If you want to sit in the office, waiting for your appointment for over an hour, this doctor is for you. Super bad scheduling, the front lady is constatnly giggling on the phone, while other 2-3 other patients are on hold. Do not recommend!

Dr, Ambush has cared for my three young boys over the last six years. He is a very knowledgeable pediatrician who interacts extremely well with children. His staff is always courteous and professional.

I just want to say that the doctor is great but the woman in the front office is horrendous! The doctor was an hour behind for my child's wellness appointment and she could care less! I decided to reschedule. The front office woman didn't care a bit and arrogantly made it my fault wanting to leave! She was so unhelpful and rude! No apology or anything at all! I do not know how long I can tolerate this!

I love, Love, Love Dr. Ambush! My husband and I travel 1 hour and 30 minutes for our son to see Dr. Ambush and it is well worth the travel. Dr. Ambush truly cares about children and it shows through his work. The way he handles it treats our son is truly amazing. Most doctors do not interact with children during checkups, but Dr. Ambush held our son, talked with him and played with him during his checkout as if he were his own. The wait times have never been over 15 minutes for us.

Doctor is nice enough, but is horrible with properly scheduling patients. I always schedule appointments first thing in the morning and arrive 10-15 min before said appointments. Why am I still waiting 45min-1hr to be seen. Simple immunizations have outrageous wait times. He overschedules patients and has no nurse to help him. How can you schedule 3-4 patients in the same time slot when you have 1 doctor and 1 front office. He sees patients out of order, based on who he knows. Find someone else.

Very good doctor, with great bedside manners. Very knowledgeable and professional. I trust his suggestions and opinions. My boys feel very comfortable with him during their visits.
