I have been Dr Ezzo's patient for a few months. He has always been nice and charming until he was not. His hygienist , Karla, is rude and totally unprofessional and she also operates as his office Manager and that's the worst. I have not been able to communicate with the office nor with the Doctor fom the moment I canceled my Implant procedure for financial reasons . I was changing Medicare supplement plan and had to wait.
