I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
I will absolutely return! My husband and I have seen 3 chiropractors (in the area), and Dr. Eckley is for sure our favorite! He, and his staff, go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!
They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything.
