Dr Roa was very professional, intelligent , caring , and very personable . He explained what was needed to relieve my pain and why I was experiencing it . He was very compassionate and fit me into his schedule to do my back injections even though he was busy . He was patient , calm , and very thorough . Thankfully my back pain was gone right after the injections !! So grateful to him ! Office was clean and peaceful . Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
The front desk to the back office & Dr. Roa I always choose and highly recommend. Amazing professionalism on point!! Extremely Compassionate and understanding the needs of each individual patient taking the time to explain the procedures. Making sure that your personal Medical needs are explained applied to your personal situation. I would definitely recommend Dr Roa and his office procedures.
I have been a patient for over 15 years. He explains what he is going to do and how u will feel. He is very gentle and professional. He makes u feel comfortable and cares about your well-being. He is the best!!
