If you are looking for patient centered care this is NOT the office for you. Before they were bought out by WVU, it was different. Trying to reach them is near impossible, getting a return call is more difficult. To be specific, I was prescribed a medicine that I have to pay for out of pocket. I work out of state. The office after a 5 day wait told me that they don’t feel comfortable sending the prescription to a licensed pharmacy in Texas. Congratulations Means office, you have lost another patient
Overall great experience, met with doctor and not PA, very nice staff and was treated well, doctor took his time with me and was very informative
Worst doctor's office ever. They do not care about their patients. Most of the time they tell you to go to MedExpress because they don't have time to see you or they want to just call in a prescription. Even when we could get an appointment, you don't ever see the Dr. You always see the nurse practitioner. They couldn't find records sent over from a specialist.
