Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgeable and informative. My needs were handled quickly and efficiently. My expectations of the overall quality of service is extremely high. The overall care I received was worth the cost.
It seems to me that when Dr. Kaplan's initial recommendations don't work, he gets frustrated and loses interest in the patient. It seems as though he blames the patient for not getting better on the regimen he prescribes.
