Lousy bedside manner. Doesn't discuss anything with the parents of the 15 year old patient or explain the process of what his plans are or even get an ok from the parents before starting things. My daughter was in the hospital for two weeks, a week and a half of that was in the ICU. He comes in exactly two times, once on Friday and again on Monday. My husband had to have emergency surgery during a holiday two years ago. Dr. Weisshar says him in the office, and actually did the surgery in the hospital on the holiday. the medical staff assisted us in a place to stay that took care of the special needs he had following the surgery. The Dr. has followed up regularly since that time. He is a genuinely caring, thorough and professional doctor. We were grateful to have been referred to him.
Wichita & the surrounding areas that Dr. Weishaar serves is very blessed to have him here. Dr. Weishaar helped me through several difficult eye emergencies. He saved my vision on at least 2 occasions and is the most kind & compassionate doctor I’ve ever seen.
Dr. Weishaar truly cares for his patients and is not only an excellent surgeon, but a wonderful person as well
Yes - - he is always running late for his appointments - but - oh my goodness - the man really knew his job. Would recommend him to everyone....and they did fit me in less than 2 weeks as a new patient!
this doctor does not explain what the problem is . He talks to his assistants not the patient. He never spends more than ten minutes with me. Rushes into the room , rushes out.
Weishaar and his assistant Deana were disrespectful and so condescending to my elderly mother. Would not recommend anyone to this Dr.
