This use to be a lovely practice, but post COVID, not so much. I have had to ask repeatedly for them to send me statements so I can match them to my EOB to no avail, only to be forced to pay without a statement or not allowed to see the physician. Be asked to blindly pay is just wrong and being made to feel like a criminal for asking for a statement is worse. Strangely enough they have no pro alien admitting that no statements have been sent because they only have one billing specialist and are that far behind in billing. Th... read more
Dr Ellis is a wonderful doctor and fine caring man. My husband and I both went to him for years and when my husband passed away he took the time to call me and ask if there was anything he could do for me. I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door when I have an appointment he always takes the time to hear all my concerns.
He is a wonderful doctor!
Dr ellis is one of the most patient and thorough doctors i know! Only one ive ever known who really takes time to listen and genuinely cares. Highly recommend
I've been with this practice for 18+ years, and if I could offer prospective patients any advice, stay away from this practice. You would get better care from a veterinarian. Beside it being for difficult to schedule a visit with a real live doctor (they push everything to their nurse practitioners - real doctor app'ts takes months), the level of care has become substandard since Dr. Radman left. The nurses and staff are rude and treat patients like they're doing you a favor just to talk to you.
This practice doesn't make room for sick visit for their patients and ask them to visit urgent care. Wish we could talk to nurse for sick visits scheduling
It is my opinion that Dr. Ellis and this group have become unprofessional. It seems to me that all they want to do is order tests (which they have in their office) and push pills. Over a period of years, I have realized that he has not accomplished anything toward getting any of my problems better & even forgets what my symptoms are. Now he has a PA who is totally unprofessional. They even call for tests that I do not approve. I do not recommend.
Very difficult to get an appointment. Once you are in the office you deal only with nurses, aides, etc. Dr. Ellis comes into the room for 3-5 minutes, dismisses all concerns, and runs out of room. This practice is a patient mill, nothing more.
