Maybe this place is fantastic, but good luck getting an appointment as a new patient. First attempt, phone call (because they have no online presense, no website, no portal through a 3rd party health provider, nothing). Busy. Busy. Busy. Recorded message saying they are at lunch. No option to leave a message. Finally get through, automated message says they don't take appointments over the phone for new patients, email your referral to a gmail address (seriously, a domain costs very little guys). Had an appointment for 4:20 pm Had to get permission to leave work early and hightail it from Lara to make sure I arrived on time and avoid a cancellation fee. Receptionist advised me that Paul was running a “bit” late. A bit late is not over one hour At 5:25 had enough and advised receptionist to reschedule You guessed it, 3 months away. Walked out in disgust. Drs may think it’s ok to waste patients time but if we waste there’s it’s a fee Added to that this outfit has no email address to correspond with.
