Had an appointment for 4:20 pm Had to get permission to leave work early and hightail it from Lara to make sure I arrived on time and avoid a cancellation fee. Receptionist advised me that Paul was running a “bit” late. A bit late is not over one hour At 5:25 had enough and advised receptionist to reschedule You guessed it, 3 months away. Dr Paul has been great diagnosing my son's skin problem and prescribe effective treatment that worked really well. Very happy with our experience.
I have found Paul to be both a diagnostic expert and an excellent surgeon. I have had a melanoma, diagnosed and removed, a cyst removed, numerous solar keratoses and a squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed and removed. As a long term patient, I have found the staff friendly an accommadating. When I have had concerns outside my annual appointment, I have always been given an appointment within a week and have any issues dealt with within 10 days.
