Slotted me in same day for an urgent appointment due to travel, and very, very helpful then getting me an urgent appointment for follow up radiology. Paul also followed up results with me well outside of hours.
My father is one of those people who will never do his homework when sent to see a doctor. I was shocked that he had not bothered to do a simple Google search before seeing Dr Cozzi. The most disturbing thing about the visit was the fact that there was no open disclosure about his practice having significant restrictions placed upon it. If I understand things correctly, Dr Cozzi is under supervision according to AHPRA and should have told my father about this. I am very angry about this.
