I first met Dr. Paul Chubb on 8/4/2025 to address my chronic pain in my left elbow, forearm, and hand. He spent ample time discussing the findings of my nerve conduction study and fully educated me on the deficiencies of my ulnar motor nerve and my cubital tunnel nerve. He discussed, and fully explained, treatment options and I was relieved that Dr. Chubb proposes surgery only as a last resort! Oh no will never ever be back to this Dr Paul Chubb, ugh. I could feel the very bad negative vibes. I felt he is not friendly with his patients, at all. Dr. CHUBB told me take that off, at least before saying good afternoon but dam no manners at all. I thought he was gonna put a new finger splint, nothing at all. I don't recommend this doctor at all, please DON'T go with this doctor. Oh yea but to charge the co-pay instantly.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chubb. From the moment he walked into the room, his negative energy was palpable. This was my second visit with him, and unfortunately, it was just as bad as the first. Initially, I thought he might have been having a bad day, but it’s clear now that this is just how he interacts with patients. Dr. Chubb was very rude and showed no interest whatsoever. He seemed very stand-offish and he made it uncomfortable to ask questions. He made me feel like I was just wasting his time. I hope this review saves anyone from experiencing something similar. I can honestly say this was my worst experience with a doctor here in El Paso. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly 😊.
