For me, the patient always comes first. Most patients have already done extensive research into their condition prior to seeing me. I believe that an interactive approach with patients will lead us to a mutually agreed upon treatment plan. I hope to give my patients the opportunity for an improved quality of life with less pain, better function and improved outlook for their future.

The best description I can think of for this Dr. is mixed bag. Of the two procedures I had, one surgery went well and the other was a failure. The reception was pleasant, but the back office where MRI's are ordered is incompetent. The physical therapy division was excellent. Be prepared to have unnecessary appointments and time delays in order to get what you need. The PV office has very long wait times for exams.
One of the most down to earth, straight-forward, doctors in the Prescott area. Has very commendable assistants that know their business. I was not treated as just another client to shuffle through. Talking with me and listening to my feedback was honest. I highly recommend Dr. Pflueger to everyone.
My first visit as a new patient never got to see Dr. Pflueger, pawned off on an assistant who spent more time asking me what I wanted to do rather than a defined plan. What the heck? I could do self diagnosis via the Internet....gezzz!
