I’ve been going to doctor o office since I was a teenager but now the service it’s so horrible. I don’t know why these women have such an attitude, but it’s making me wanna change doctors. If you don’t wanna work there just quit. I don’t understand it. Dr. O does a lot of good work And I would hate to change a doctor that I’ve had over 25 years because of ignorant people
Front office staff and medical assistants were nice and professional. The woman who appeared to be the head nurse did not introduce herself or converse the entire time she was in the room with me inputting items into the computer on my behalf. She was not directly rude but was not very explanatory or friendly either. I am surprised that I was able to walk out with several prescriptions without an assessment of what medications I was already on from a recent hospitalization. This doctor or lack there of is a joke warring find another the DOCTOR who had this business. Before him DR.YOON now theres a Dr. But omg the bedside. Manor of this man is very poor he acts like he is so much above u staff is wonderful. But thats is where the good ends at all of his offices o and did i tell u about the wait to see him even when you have an appointment. Forget. About it
