I have tried 4 times to schedule an appointment for my mom, but no one ever picked up. On the fifth try after waiting 27 minutes to answer the phone, Jennifer answered the phone. She was very rude and said she had to hand over to another scheduler. Waited another 10 minutes, and I could hear the phone being answered,. When I said hello, the phone went dead. It's hard to believe they are in business, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! when they do they immediately put you on hold. You need to dedicate your entire day to try to schedule an appt Unheard off!! Terrible!!
Every time I try to call, I either get a busy signal or the exchange. I cannot reach someone in the office.
