Dr. Paul Chung is a wonderful physician and I have been going to him for years. The Billing dept. is singularly unhelpful. In the past two years, after an annual exam, they have miscoded and sent me additional bills as my insurance would not pay. Even after reaching out to them twice, and my insurance company, which wanted them to re-submit, they did not. No other physicians office has done this to me.
Sure Caring and wonderful Dr that took such good care of my friend. Everything you would want in a Dr you can't loose with Dr Chang who is both personal and professional he does see you as a person and cares about you and wants to make it better! Making you feel as if you are his only appointment
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chung! I've been a patient for 10+ years. He has a very down to earth personality... He doesnt pry, so if you dont open your mouth to tell him what's wrong he can not help you, but if u feel something is not right and tell him, he will run every test to figure out why. The office is a dream, I've always received fast service, and the nurses are wonderful. Only negative thing i would say is the elevators take forever; 20 min wait is ridiculous.
