I went to his office after seeing my primary care doctor several times for gut issues. i went to see him and he acted as if my dropping 60 plus pounds of weight with no diet and exercise was no big deal. He also told me i was too young for a colonoscopy because i wasnt 40. he said i just had post infectious IBS with out doing any tests of any kind. He said to take some probiotics and id be better and One week later i was in the hospital. I had diverticulitus, torn diverticulum, a huge abcess and spent 16 days in the hospital... read more

Dr Swartz and his team were amazing! They were on time, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to experience the GCA office and the Augusta Endoscopy Center, and both were pleasant experiences. I recommend Dr Swartz and his team to everyone.

The staff was great and made the whole visit seamless, Dr. Schwartz spent adequate time with me and listened and answered all of my questions.
I've been a patient of Dr Schwartz's for about 25 years. He's the most compassionate, thorough doctor I have. I never have a staff member call me with a test result. He has always taken time to do this himself! I wouldn't trade him for any other!! His staff is also the best!!
