Assigned to my husband in hospital, after 5 days he was getting sicker and I asked for consult, at that point Dr. Goldberg signed off on my husband and the consult declined to consult, so was left with no GI doctor for an acute diverticulitis which was operated on and found to have colon cancer as well.
Dr. Goldberg was called in to perform an ERCP procedure to remove stones from my common bile duct. This was on an emergency basis since the duct was completely blocked and I was very jaundiced. My gallbladder was removed the day before. He explained the risk of the procedure and went on to do an excellent Job removing two stones from my common bile duct without complications. Never, never let this man or his partners touch you, they nearly killed my father with a bowel obstruction for two weeks in the hospital, after changing drs one day my father was much better!
