Excellent.! Great listener and shows great concern for his patients. You can see that he thinks logically and when he answers a question, you can tell that it comes from real knowledge and experience. You can tell that he stays current on the latest data, and is very knowledgeable about medicine.. I'm a very technical and curious and mechanical person, so I ask a lot of questions about what he is looking for and how he determines different things. Dr. Armstrong is a very good physician. He listens to your questions and answers them truthfully. He never rushes your visits. He is very kind and never gets excited. He is one of the best doctors I ever had.
I have been seeing dr armstrong for many years , i trust him 100 % , i never feel rushed during a appointment , and he explains every detail to me.
Great listener and thinks very logically; however, billing is absolutely horrible. I have yet to visit without getting a bill later for some added service or "extended visit" fee including my annual preventive visits. When I have brought this to his attention I got a "well I could code that differently next time if you want?". He seems thoughtless to the financial impact of his coding/referral choices, just sends you a bill later.
He is an awesome listener. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.
