Excellent, caring doc with a GREAT staff on hand!
The nurse was rude, took blood pressure around elbow and the dr did not do an exam, just asked a couple questions and made diagnoses. This is not the first such visit. Will look for a different practice.
You don’t experience service with that personal touch very often anymore. I was very pleased to find that that’s exactly how I was treated at this office. Every staff member I interacted with, Dr. Westmoreland, and his nurse, Johnna, were extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I was told that if I experienced any issues with the specialists or pharmacy, etc., to call and they would help to resolve them. I was truly impressed and I would highly recommend this doctor
