Dr Paul and his team are very helpful! I have seen Dr Paul on and for years now and every time I see him, he is informative, helpful, and sincere. I highly recommend Dr Paul for anyone looking for a quick walk-in visit or as an internist/general physician.
Please please please do not go to this Dr. office unless it is a dire emergency. The worst experience I have ever had at any doctor in 45 years!!!!
Horrible experience. The front desk is rude and you will wait for an eternity. I went for a simple wellness check and couldn't take it anymore and walked out. This is an urgent care facility so if you can go to an actual Doctors office this would probably be better. I reported this office to the FDH.
Very polite and nice staff. Dr. Paul Kotturan, is a great personality. Keen listner. He pays attention to details. He provides detailed explanation of procedure he is planning and provides options. He supervises staff after giving instructions, which to me as a patient is total reassurance and dedication of the doctor. If you are lucky to catch him up during non rush hours when he has less patients, he has wisdom to share. Do not hesitate to ask any questions, he answers in detail.
