Every time I've tried calling the receptionist answer with, 'Can you please hold'. They are clearly understaffed. Need a referral? They'll refer you to specialists who've been out of business for months. Need your lab results after 8 days of waiting? You need to call back repeatedly. The office is ran by nobody and your health is in better hands elsewhere. Dr C and staff have always been super kind, helpful and spend the time needed when it's warranted. I've been a patient for about 8 years. The wait time was a bit rough in the beginning but well worth it. Now the wait time is manageable. Dr C & team have always been A+
Already told you wouldn't give treatment needed and waited in room 3hours with appointment and didn't see her
I've been seeing Doctor Czesnowski since 2013, She listens to me and takes her time explaining things. For most doctors, you're just another name on their list. She actually cares and so does her staff.
