I was treated by Dr. Patrick Pettingill for an acute injury of the right elbow. He refused to order MRI despite giving me discharge documentation that clearly stated that MRI is appropriate for the diagnosis provided. He was thoroughly disinterested in providing the proper diagnostics for proper diagnosis of injury.
