everything you say from the time you walk in the door is told to the doctor before he comes in the room and then he confronts you about it isn't a pleasant visit

I am very pleased with Dr. Karl. He takes a lot of time with me to discuss my problems, and make sure I get the care I need.

While the doctor is well educated, the nurse practitioner seems rather passionless. She's there just to be there. I do like how they are pro-CBD oil. However, they never bothered to look at any imaging studies I've done which makes me wonder why since their niche is pain management. If they did look at those old records , they never discussed it with me. I stopped going to this clinic and ended up seeing a chiropractor because of insurance change. The chiropractor took x-rays and turns out I have a serious neck condition tha... read more

I was referred by my PCP due to chronic pain as a result of osteoarthritis and lower spine bone spurs with disc degeneration. The only professional I saw was the receptionist. After 2 hours in the waiting room, an individual, who never bothered to introduce herself or apologize for my wait, took me back to a room after a urine test (I wonder if they think all patients are drug seekers or addicts?) The Dr. came in at the 2.5 hour mark and proceeded to tell me what medications he would be giving me with no input from myself at... read more

I prefer Dr. Karl to his nurse practitioner. He has helped me feel better with my chronic pain and figuring out what the best therapies would be for my back. The steroid injection in my back didn't really help but the brusitis shots in my hips have.

This Dr. is very attentive, he listens and helps every way he can. He’s helped me with my neck issues of 10 years more then any Dr. I’ve seen. His staff is always smiling and very courteous. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Good doctor visit, listened to my concerns. Came up with a good plan to mange my pain and tried to stay away from opioids like oxy. My biggest complaint and this is more of an inconvenience it's a fact that my appointment was at 9:30 and I got there maybe 5 minutes late and I ended up leaving the place at noon. I was seen by the nurse and I saw the doctor it's just the whole ordeal took about 3 hours for a new patient intake. so if your first time patient here carve out a lot of time since I might take them a while to get yo... read more
