Don't buy into the IPL for dry eyes. They hold you to the committed schedule(which is important). However, if the doctor travels or takes off, there is no regard to be off schedule. Its a pricey investment. The office moved my appt around. There was no follow up. Felt like a money grab with no concern of the actual intent of the procedure. Extremely disappointing.
Dr. Clancy was extremely thorough and informative. I asked many questions, and Dr. Clancy took the time to explain everything so it was easy to understand. All the office staff and Dr. Clancy’s assistant were extremely pleasant I highly recommend Dr. Clancy
