My best experience at an eye doctor. I arrived 2 minutes early and as I was updating my paperwork they called me back to begin - zero wait although it was busy. Dr Fleming was excellent. He took the time to really dial in my vision. He offered helpful recommendations, was friendly and efficient. I purchased my new supply of contacts and was out the door 40 minutes after arriving. I’m often wary of corporate/chain style health care locations - But this myeyedoctor was like a well oiled machine and I have no complaints!

First eye exam in a while. Was told two weeks to get prescription is plenty of time. I called to check on status a week and a half after ordering. I was told there was an issue with production. I checked back two days later.. Still not in. I called a week following, I was told that they have a note telling me the glasses weren't ordered, however the people I spoke to said there was a kink in production, not that they forgot my order. if I could throw up over this I would! Such a huge inconvenience so I got the anti glare which I explained my bad experience the last time I got it from another place but it's helpful if it work. An they assured me that it has come along way an I shouldnt have any problems. You wouldn't believe my luck all I see is glare a constant rainbow around the rim of the glasses! The glasses where 400$ my insurance paid 200. So they weren't cheap an I know when I take them back there gone to fix them but what a huge inconvenience. I u... read more
