Dr Smith is a dentist I would recommend. I have been with Dr Smith for numerous years including several of my family members. I have never heard a negative remark from any of them. My husband's FRONT cap came out, over a weekend, on our way to my husband's mom funeral, Dr Smith did not hesitate to help my hubby out. There have been numerous happenings and he's been there for us. Very kind and polite and very good work. I recommend.
He been nothing but kind to me gets me in fast when I have a problem and always ask if I’m alright .Very concerned.
I have been very happy with Dr. Smith, and have used him for a number of years. My experience has been nothing but positive, and I suspect that the negative reviews are people with an axe to grind. I would give him 5 stars.
I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for over 10 years and refuse to believe what the first person said about him. My entire extended family has gone to him for the same length of time and we all feel he is wonderful. I have refered many patients to him and not one has ever complained and they all continue to go to him. I've had root canals in his office, but it's because I was raised on a farm with no fluoride in the water. His root canals were truly painless. I highly recommend him to everyone.
He is one of the worst dentist I have ever seen. He knew my tooth was crack an let it go until I need a root canal an crown just to make money. He is a liar an a cheat an not to be trusted. I now have lost a tooth he did for me an may loose another. I am going to a different dentist now but the cost an damage is done. Stay away from this person I wish I would of know. I was told by his partner that he knew my tooth was cracked.
Dr. Smith is very calm and patient. He always answers my questions, even though I've been told by many people that I ask way too many questions. He and his staff thoroughly explain every procedure, no matter how simple. I have memory issues, so they frequently repeat these explanations, but remain patient and extremely friendly.
