I had to give this 1 star in order to write a review if I had my way, it would be negative 5 stars! I DO NOT recommend Dr. Patrick Horan or the staff at WestChase orthopedics. I Believe I have torn my rotator cuff so after reading the good and bad reviews, I decided to go with this office. Easy to schedule appointments, you get to talk to a human instead off listening to a lengthy menu. The entire staff is caring, professional and helpful. My husband and I have been treated there for various issues over the last 10 years and would not go anywhere else. The rehab staff at the same location is convenient and they are wonderful.
I’m surprised to see negative reviews of Dr Horan which spurred me to write one. In the few appointments I have had with him, his entire staff has been wonderful and I Never felt rushed by him. Actually the opposite, I felt like he was thorough and wanted to leave no stone unturned.
I came to Dr. Horan after a horrible experience in another office. His staff is professional and my experience was tops. He did my knee replacement and it was a superb job!!!! I am a registered nurse and have very high expectations and I can say they were all met. Nancy Melecio Tampa 2021
Dr Horan is an excellent doctor. He performed shoulder surgery for a debridement and a bicep tendon tear. I was well taken care of!
Absolutely the most horrible doctor experience I've ever had!! This place is a joke and Patrick won't take you seriously. Debra the appointment person needs to throw in the towel and find another career. She has no business dealing with patients. Run the other direction and find someone with real training. Seriously.
This place is of no help and Dr. Bulmar is a no other than meeting someone at a public place who just see your problem and does nothing. I had my 2nd visit here within a week's time for my swelling knee with pain and only paying through my insurance+co-pay with NO help to deal with my problems/pain. Money minded folks never sounds like a doctor or someone who offers help to an ailing patient in pain.
