Doesn't even deserve a ONE!!! My granddaughter was given a sweat test for a Cystic Fibrosis diagnosis and the lab technician DID NOT LABEL the samples after putting them in a container with another child's UNLABELED samples! This was reported to the lab manager and the Patient Liason and to DHEC...never got a response from anyone! Tried to report it to Dr. Cawley as he is the CEO and no one would give me his contact! Not worth leaving!!!
MUSC urological department completely botched my urological surgery. I was given a surgery date 3 weeks ahead of my initial pre-surgical visit. I waited 3 weeks for the date of the surgery. I prepared myself as I've been instructed to and I showed up early downtown Charleston for the appointment. The first step of the experience on the first floor of patient registration went well.
