Dr Higgins is an exceptionally talented surgeon Professional and caring. He only objection I have is the waiting room to see Dr Higgins is terribly overcrowded and awaited an hour and a half after my appointment time
Brought my mother to see him on 2 separate occasions and at each appointment waited 3 hours. First appointment he was rushing and not very attentive. Second appointment we left after waiting 3 hours (10am-1pm).
Appointment scheduled for 10:45 2.5 hours long. No evening hours. Dilated eyes and IV procedure very difficult to work a whole day.
Love Dr. Higgins, love the staff, dislike the long wait immensely. In the long run his expertise is worth the wait!
