I've been in this care of a unprofessional since a child. She's always running late, they never answer phones even In office hours. I was MISDIAGNOSED for a serious STD I never had. Another doctor reached out to me confused on why NELLY misdiagnosed me and ignored all calls. I was 10 years out from being dead if another doctor didn't reach out. Terrible service. My husband waited in a room for over an hour before walking out after being told the doctor was “running late.” The receptionist couldn’t even get ahold of the practitioner because she wasn’t answering her own personal phone. When asked what they were going to do they said “I don’t know?” While other patients were still waiting unknowingly for a doctor that wasn’t going to show up.
Great people very nice
The receptionist here should be terminated and replaced by someone who cares about making scheduled appointments for patients needing to see the doctor. I'm a provider who have called incessantly trying to get an appointment and also left messages but they never pick up the phone nor do they ever return a message. Disgusting!
