Dr. Gilhool always provides good caring and compassionate care. He doesn't rush through the visit and listens while providing a good description of the issues at hand.
Prompt on being available at my scheduled time
Not happy. After waiting a very long time the Dr. didn't say much I thought I was there to get test results it was a waste of time. Only plus was getting rx's refilled.
Dr Gilhool is extremely good with little children and explaining things to them.

It was just a follow up visit regarding lab work but it was covered well
Doc's memory about things discussed even years ago.
Dr. Gilhool always takes time to listen carefully and make the best decisions for his patients. I’m very fortunate to have him as my PCP.
I would recommend Dr.Gilhool/FPC to anyone looking to switch from their current provider. Mine continually wanted to send me to Urgent Care & they were a UPMC office, could never get me in, Dr. Gilhool’s office got me in next day. The staff were friendly & while there watched Dr. Gilhool help a patient into his car.
