Dr. Patrick Doorly is great, always understanding of my situation and doesn't make me feel bad or weird about anything. His receptionist's on the other hand make it extremely uncomfortable when calling in with their attitude and lack of sympathy with clients. I truly avoid calling my doctor of 22 years because of this. My sisters and parents have had the same experience, really not a good especially when I am simply asking a question.
Everywhere I look I see poor reviews for the receptionists. I hope the Dr. is reading these reviews and at least remind these receptionists/his employee about customer service.I am looking for a new Dr as well and I certainly do not want to be treated poorly by his or her employee. My advice is to ask the Dr's employee to give you respect when speaking .
