I have been a patient and had surgery by Dr. Goldsmith and Dr. Donaldson. Both great experiences. My visit with Dr. Donovan left me feeling like I wasted my time and money and that it was a total inconvenience for him to see me. If he spent all of 5 minutes I was lucky. He looked, told me what the issue was, and never did anything after that, told me he would order a cream (never happened almost 2 weeks later).
